At OUTDOOR INOXTO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Print Shipping Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Ship the Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your outdoor gear back to our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
